Wedding Coordination Process
We know your wedding day is special and we want to go above and beyond for you on your big day! Each part of our packages have been carefully incorporated to ensure you are the guest of honor and not the host on your big day.
1
Initial Consulation
After booking, we will schedule our initial consultation together. During this meeting, I will show you where to put the information I will need to create your timeline and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. We will also establish a template timeline and I will show you a check list of information that is typically needed or missed from vendors to ensure you don't miss anything while planning!
3
Final Consulation
Once you have inputted your wedding details into the document, I will have enough information to create a general timeline. Then, 1 - 2 weeks before your wedding day, we will jump on a zoom call for our final consultation to discuss anything that has changed since our last consultation. I will ask questions and bring up anything I feel might not align with your goals. From there, I will set up a phone call with your photographer and DJ to finalize the timeline and ask for any details I might need from them. Some packages will also include additional vendors that I will reach out to.
5
Wedding Day
When I arrive on your wedding day, I will first complete check ins with the couple and vendors to see if anyone needs anything and to run through the plan for the day. Then, if set up is included in your package, I will complete those task. Any vendors that arrive after me, I will be meeting with them as they arrive. Finally, I will be managing the timeline for the rest of the day, ensuring everyone is where they need to be at every important moment and solving any problems that arise. Basically, I will ensure you are the GUEST of honor, not the host.
2
Progress Consulation(s)
Once we get closer to your wedding day, we will have an additional meeting(s) to ensure wedding planning is going smoothly. If there are questions I need answered, I will ask them during this meeting and it will give us time to smooth out any details that are missing before our final consultation. We will also schedule our venue walk through at this time.
The number of progress consultations will be determined by the package you choose. For our premium package, this will also be the point that I become the point of contact for vendors.
4
Rehearsal
The day before your wedding, I will come to your scheduled rehearsal to go through the ceremony with everyone in your wedding party. We will rehearse when each person will walk down the aisle, the best way to walk down the aisle, and practice any transition periods such as the MOH taking the bridal bouquet. Trust me when I say you NEED to rehearse the day before your wedding!
